Desert Window Services provides residential window cleaning and solar panel cleaning throughout the Las Vegas Valley, including but not limited to Summerlin, Tule Springs, Carmel Canyon, Providence, Sentinel Hills, and Silverstone Ranch. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and the specific conditions of your property.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided by Desert Window Services are estimates based on the information available at the time of the request. Final pricing may vary depending on actual property conditions, window count, accessibility, and additional factors discovered at the time of service. We will communicate any pricing changes before beginning work. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We will work with you to schedule a service time that fits your availability. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at 702.886.1035 or by emailing kayson@desertwindowservices.com. We appreciate advance notice so we can accommodate other customers. Desert Window Services reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Desert Window Services stands behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the specific service performed and does not cover damage or conditions caused by weather, sprinkler systems, construction activity, or other external factors after the service has been completed.

Property Access and Conditions

By scheduling a service, you confirm that you have the authority to grant us access to the property. You agree to:

• Provide clear access to the windows and solar panels being serviced
• Secure or relocate pets during the service appointment
• Inform us of any hazards, damage, or special conditions on the property before work begins
• Ensure sprinkler systems are turned off during and immediately after service to protect results

Desert Window Services is not responsible for pre existing damage to windows, screens, seals, frames, solar panels, or other surfaces. If we discover pre existing damage during the job, we will notify you before proceeding.

Limitation of Liability

Desert Window Services takes every precaution to perform our work safely and professionally. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Desert Window Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Assumption of Risk

Certain property conditions may present inherent risks during window or solar panel cleaning, including but not limited to aged or deteriorating window seals, cracked glass, improperly installed screens, loose fixtures, or rooftop panel configurations. Desert Window Services will exercise professional care but is not responsible for failures caused by pre existing conditions that are not visible or disclosed prior to the start of service.
